Josh specialises in company, corporate and banking law.
After working at Bell Gully and Russell McVeagh in Auckland, he moved to Oman to become an associate at Trowers & Hamlins, gaining valuable experience on high value, multi-party matters, and preparing and advising on a broad spectrum of commercial documents, including loans, shareholder agreements, acquisitions, supply agreements and franchising.

Joshua's love of cooking was fostered at a young age when he mastered the art of eating cake mix from the bowl with his fingers. Not much has changed. Joshua also loves old school action films, Liverpool FC and going nine no trumps without the joker.
